Back tagging - I will back tag into forever but if you feel you're waiting too long for something, feel free to give me a poke. I try not to let tags go more than a few days at a time but sometimes things happen or I just haven't gotten to a particular tag yet. Don't hesitate to let me know!
Handwaving - I am more than fine with handwaving as long as we discuss and come to an agreement upon specific events. I like to keep track of things.
Threadjacking - More than okay if you ask me /o/
4th Wall Breakage - Only in the sense that you are allowed to recognize he is a historical figure as Souji Okita was a real person in history. However I'd appreciate mentions of Hakuouki itself be kept off the table.

Hugging Yes, Hugging is allowed... though if he doesn't know you he's probably going to make fun of you
Kissing Totally. Again, he will probably laugh at you
Flirting No harm ever came to a little flirting~
Torture/Bodily harm Lets talk this one out if it comes to it
Notes Please note that as Souji has access to basic Rasetsu Abilities which are heightened speed and strength and healing and the consequences of this draw on occasional blood lust that can be difficult to predict or control. If you do not wish to participate in such activities in which his rasetsu abilities might happen please let me know here.
